Ms. Luo specializes in corporate & business law, as well as wills & estate planning, leveraging extensive legal practice and a strong educational background.

Before relocating to Canada, Ms. Luo worked as a lawyer in China, earning a Master’s degree in Law from Wuhan University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She also attained J.D. and LL.M. equivalencies from a U.S. law school.

After arriving in Canada, Ms. Luo extended her legal education by obtaining an LL.M. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and passing the Bar Exam, leading to her licensure to practice law in Ontario.

Honored to uphold the trust of her clients, she is dedicated to applying her professional knowledge and accumulated work experience to provide professional and efficient legal services.

With a wealth of experience in the field, Ms. Long has worked extensively with multiple Toronto-based law firms, handling high-value commercial real estate transactions and intricate land development projects.

Licensed as a lawyer in both Ontario and China, Ms. Long holds two Master’s degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science & Law in China. Her educational background, combined with her practical experience, equips her to navigate the complexities of real estate law.
